Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Return requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Item Requirements
Items eligible for return must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Items must be free from stains, damage, or signs of wear. Please note that clearance items and personalized or customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Shipping Cost
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. After your return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to your email.
If you wish to return an item for reasons such as personal preference, incorrect size, or change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. The shipping fee you paid will be calculated and displayed at checkout, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. Cancellation Policy

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or severely damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and items for verification. We will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund without requiring the return of the damaged goods.
7. Return Process
