1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or observed holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak holiday seasons, and customers will be notified via the registered email address if delays occur.

2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not deliver to PO boxes or military addresses.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated shipping times are 7–15 business days after processing.

3. Customs, Tariffs & Import Fees

All shipments within the United States are delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Our store covers all applicable customs duties, VAT, and import clearance fees. Customers will not incur additional taxes, customs charges, or hidden shipping fees upon delivery.

4. Shipment Tracking & Delay Policy

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your shipment's status on our website.

If delivery is delayed by more than 10 business days due to logistics issues, stock shortages, or carrier problems, you may contact our support team for a full refund or a free reshipment at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Liability
